On the night of November 15, 1971, Edie went to sleep after her husband gave her the medication that had been prescribed for her.....When her husband woke up the next morning, Edie Sedgwick was dead. The coroner ruled Sedgwick's death as "undetermined/accident/suicide." She was 28 years old.....

Tomorrow there are 39 years since Edie died.... We love love love Edie Sedgwick and we are planning on doing an Edie inspired photo shoot soon.

Edie was a muse beyond them all and has inspired so many people both before and after her death..

Bob Dylan's "Just Like a Woman" and "Leopard Skin Pill Box Hat" from his 1966 album Blond on Blond are said to be about Edie

and his 1965 #2 single "Like a Rolling Stone" was also inspired by her

Tomorrow we are gonna watch Factory Girl and get some inspiration;
